The values that underpin our HR Strategy are set out below. We believe that commitment to these values which have evolved from careful considerations to our stockholders view will create an organisation in which people perform effectively, and will be proud to work.
The main goal when developing Novacom’s corporate culture is fostering an environment where employees feel happy to work. Going to work should be a positive experience. It’s allowed to have fun doing your job. A critical success factor for this Strategy will be motivating staff to commit to and demonstrate these values. The value framework identifies behaviors that support adoption of these values.
